This poem arrived on the last day of a 31 day yoga challenge for Cancer research.
I’ve always been drawn to Rumi’s words, but this one was particularly powerful. In coaching sessions, in fact in all I do , I work to make life a little better.
I seek to open doors and windows and encourage others to look through them and consider the opportunities. I realise just how much this has been the foundational purpose of my life as an educator.
I’m driven to make the world a little better for others, to enable learning, with joy, love and playful curiosity.
This poem resonates with the very core of me that dreams of empowering others to succeed beyond their known or perceived boundaries … hence Boundless Learning. Along my own learning path, I discovered Resilient Leaders Elements and Lego Serious Play. Added to my travel bag of active exploration, they’re powerful tools in enabling insights and enabling both personal growth and professional capacity. I would really like to make a difference for you, to enable and create space for learning and development.
Gaining a clear sense of who you are can really enable your sense of purpose and what you do. Exploring this with creativity and versatility can support robust decision making and enable clarity of direction.

I’m also launching a new programme in March following a fabulous day with the wonderful Jenny Bowers offering sessions all focused on Navigating your Leadership Landscape. This day offers a chance to consider who you are and what you do through a range of lenses, as well as connecting with others to reflect on your leadership presence and your environment, particularly in light of the uncertain landscapes we navigate right now.
